I vary my Spanish classroom displays quite regularly, and have different posters up at various times of the school year. We use them as speaking and pronunciation prompts, and for guessing games too. We don’t actually learn 25 fruits or vegetables at this stage, but I use a range that includes some that children may not know yet, such as starfruit and aubergines.
